Bikini A Porter provides a brief description of each product, whenever information is considered relevant. This information may be complemented by technical datasheet when supplied by its retailer. Prices
The prices of products displayed on the site include the value added tax (VAT). Despite all efforts, it is possible that price information on the website contains errors. As such, if the real price is less than the advertised one, Bikini A Porter will return the difference paid. If the price is higher, Bikini A Porter informs the Customer by e-mail and waits for his decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order within 15 days from the date on which it was communicated to the Customer. Delivery Times, Warranty and Liability
All orders are shipped within 1 and 3 working days, upon payment receipt, and operated by Chronopost. For more information, see Shipping Costs (insert link). Bikini A Porter shall not be liable for losses and damages during transportation. Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging in order to check for any damage. If the products are damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. A delivery is considered to have been accepted once the delivery is signed upon receipt at the indicated address. In the case of a package being returned because it was not claimed or because of insufficient/incorrect address, a new shipment will only be made upon payment of the correspondent shipping costs.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you can expose your intention and proceed with the return of the item(s), being totally refund, within 14 days after receiving them, as long as it present itself in the same state as when it was purchased (including original tag), but the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
